Receiver tank

Reels
Reels 6000 mm:
- Reels 6000 mm: Marine d6000 mm cable reels designed for the transportation of the towlines, which weigh up to 130 tons.
- Reels weight with the transport foundation 11900 kg.
- Dimensions d6000 mm and 5900 mm in width.
Reels 4700 mm:
- Reels 4700 mm: Marine d4700 mm cable reels designed for the transportation of the towlines, which weigh up to 130 tons.
- Reels weight with the transport foundation 6700 kg.
- Dimensions d4700 mm and 4350 mm in width.
Exhaust stack
- The system of ventilation ducts of metal melting furnace with platforms, stairs and railings.
The system of ventilation channels Æ 3300 – Æ 2000 mm made of heat and corrosion-resistant steel plates Corten A (S355JOWP) 5-6 mm. The total length of the ducts is 125 meters.
The diameter of the main channel is 3300 mm and the diameter of the taps – 2000 mm. The segments are connected by flange connections and after their manufacture had been tested for compatibility. Many transitions from round to rectangle section.
For this project were manufactured additional structures: girders, support columns, service platforms with stairs and ladders. The total weight of the entire ventilation system amounted to 150 tons.

Chute
- Chute for ore supply, made from HARDOX 500.
- For dispensing ore on the conveyor.
- Dimensions 3500x3000x2100, weight is 13 tons.
Dock Gates
- Section length 12 m, width 3 m section total length of the dry dock gate 28 m Construction weight is 120 tons.
- The gates are made by sections of the 9 segments, which are collected at the place of installation and finally joined by welding.
- In the sections mounted gate 6 water pumps, for which of the water is pumped out of the dry dock.
- Gates rests on five hinges and are hoisted down rope Hoist system which operates the hydraulic winch.
Stainless steel structures

The gutters of raw materials for filling in melting furnace and other equipment
Gutters are used to supply raw materials to the place of heat. Thanks to these structures, falling raw material is suspended, reducing spattering of molten metal and raw material is fed directly into the melting region. The gutters are made of a double pipe. It has a cooling chamber, the inner surface is welded wear resistant alloy steel, and the lower part has a shock-resistant and wear-resistant material armor. These improvements incomparably prolongs inlet pipe exploitation time.
